In nky there is a major problem of herion and not enough resources to fix it there are needles and other things left lay where children can get them at parks or anywhere the abuser sees fit. There are not enough police to combat the problem there needs to be a larger budget for law enforcement to do there jobs this is a major problem dayton ky has become run over by drug abusers and the police need help.
