This new tax will hopefully make the entire world a better, healthier, and cleaner place to live, while raising money for the government to be put to good use. I would like to believe the government would let us choose how this new money would be used though that is a long shot.
People need to reduce the pollution and the government needs tax money so America isn't in debt. This petition makes a win win situation, unless you pollute too much. Then you will be wondering how to pay this new tax.
