Help control the issue of cyber bullying all around the world! Make it stop

Cyber bullying is one of the leading causes to teenage suicide. People think its cool when they are bullying someone online anonymous and no one could find out it was them something to be done so when someone cyber bullies another person that right away you can find out who it was. If you were cyber bullied before you know how much pain it is to people and some people just do it for the power but it need to be stopped so there needs to be some type of law or something that can help find the bullies that are put on anonymous or some device to track them down
