Help create better options for those who do not qualify for ACA, AND live in a state that DID NOT expand medicaid.

There are millions of Americans currently in a healthcare gap. We do not make enough to qualify for the ACA, and live in a state, like Tennessee, that chose not to expand Medicaid coverage. We are individuals, and families who need help. I am asking our government and elected officials to reevaluate current programs and options to find a solution for this issue. It is obvious our respective states are uninterested in representing our needs. There are, in total, 19 states full of working class poor who are being left with out any health coverage, and we need your help! While we are being offered an exemption from the "no coverage penalty," I believe most of us would rather have the insurance.
