help create a Child Abuse/Neglect Registration that requires abusers to file with a national public registry.

The National Child Abuse Registry will require all child abuse/neglect offenders to register with a national child abuser registry. Just like the Sex Offender Registry, restrictions on being in the presence of minors, living in proximity to schools or child care centers, and notifying communities when a child abuser/neglector moves in to the surrounding area. Five children die each day due to child abuse or neglect, and the United States has the worst record in the industrialized nation. We need to take a stand to stop abuse!
