In order to help individuals have less dependence on large super markets and create a healthier exchange of items, a trade based market would be ideal.
Items could be food based or any type of other type of item; thus, creating an environment where individuals can trade goods for other goods.
Ideally, this exchange could occur weekly in a public space; therefore, individuals could easily join the trade.
