help in creating legislation that will make our children safer in schools while preserving the 2nd Amendment

After 9/11, we reinstated the Fed Air Marshal program to provide an undercover agent on aircraft to reduce the risk of terrorist attacks. I believe we can do the same in schools, instituting a Marshal program for schools that is voluntary for teachers. A program where each school has X number of teachers that are Marshals, (X is dependent on the student/faculty population of the school). Each school would send X teachers (and the Principal and Assistant Principal) to the Marshal program during summer break with a shorter refresher training required each subsequent summer. Principals and Assistant Principals would be required to attend a Marshal Managers course as well. These teachers would carry concealed with only the Principal, Asst Principal, and local LEOs knowing who they are.
