Help Crohn's patient's get supplemental insurance.

Created by S.H. on December 11, 2012

Please help patient's diagnosed with Crohn's and Ulcerative Colites obtain supplemental insurance to help with costs that arise from having surgeries and medications when they have to be off of work for recovery. Supplemental insurances do not have to follow the new healthcare reform laws and can continue to deny these patients based on pre-existing conditions. These diseases are incredibly expensive to treat, and many can't afford to have their surgeries, or even other surgeries unrelated to their diagnoses because they cannot obtain supplemental insurances such as AFLAC to help offset some costs at home while they are off work.
