Green Tree Servicing LLC... the mortgage company has harassed, scammed, threatened, or mistreated tens of thousands, and possibly hundreds of thousands of undeserving people.
Hopefully this Petition will serve as WARNING to others about this company.
Loan servicing companies are not under any scrutiny regarding TCPA and other consumer protection acts.
They were initially set up as a way for Bank of America to Dump their Bad Loans.
But now, this company is taking control for hundreds of thousands of People's Home Mortgages that are Current on their Payments, and have never had any credit issues.
But, Green Tree Servicing is Foreclosing on these "Good" Loans, as well as conducting insurance fraud on a massive scale by refusing to make escrow payments already collected from consumers.
