Help cut American Expenses by cutting interest and adjusting terms so people can LIVE.

Cut DEBT and bills such as housing and car expenses thru income bracket based billing methods. PREVENT DEBT collection on homeless(ESP. VETS[from any corporation or agency]) and EASE suffering of those with inexcusable debt (Student loans,etc.) that otherwise would not get paid.Freeze interest owed to said accounts and set it at a low rate,Provide ability to afford newer cars by capping monthly payments due each month [via industry regulation] and extending loans(even for piss poor credit ratings) over time instead of tacking on high interest. Prevent measures that would interfere with implementation of this bill or similar.(Put money in hands of people, where it belongs)
