On January 1, 1983, David Martin Graff, then only age 7, received a craniectomy surgery by Yale New Haven Hospital, which they performed voluntarily, whereby a portion of David's skull bone was removed and never put back. Dr. Joseph Piepmeier, the surgeon, lied and criminally omitted material facts, one being the date of original treatment.
