Delaware is in need of transportation infrastructure for people to get to work and out of state and back into the state. Septa R2 train only goes to Wilmington then you need to catch the 301 to Dover. Buses have a hour layover and don't run all night to catch a bus it takes a hour. A lot of people are stranded by Dart. If you don't have a car in Delaware you can't maintain to live because of how messed up the schedules are. We need more trains and trolleys ect like New Jersey has. This will create more jobs and more money revenue for Delaware. This makes Delaware green and less cars on the roads. This puts people to work and gets them to work to provide for a family ect.
