Military pilot (woman) Nadia Savtchenko was captured after her military jet was hit by a rocket fired by pro-Russian militants in East Ukraine and, under gunpoint, she was taken to Russia through part of the border controlled by pro-Russian militants. Now Russia claims that Nadia entered Russia voluntarily as a refugee and takes her to court as a criminal in Russia.
