To help Detroit through the Bankruptcy process, prevent Chapter 9 if possible. We need more welfare programs.

There need to be a funding program/iniative for the city of Detroit since we are in grave danger of going bankrupt. There needs to be more Federal Governement involvement since the city of Detroit and State of Michigan is financially strapped. Maybe we can have all of the nation's top entrepreneurs come together and donate some of the funds to the city of Detroit. I agree with Mr. Dan Gilbert that we don't have much time to endure through this bankruptcy process. We need to act now. There also needs to be an increase in welfare programs for families in poverty stricken areas. Many people make less than $1000 per month and they have children to take care of. There also needs to be innovation programs in society to help create more entrepreneurs which would prevent future disasters!
