Help the disabled get disability and the single adults w/out minor children medical care and prescriptions needed.

Created by J.S. on October 01, 2012

There are many of us that have been cut from AHCCCS and can no longer see their Dr.'s or obtain prescriptions that are critical. I am 42 years old and was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2010 and am currently taking multiple medications for the multiple symptoms that come with Fibromyalgia. I am one of those affected but the actions of our legislature and governor that determined that single adults with no minor children should be dropped from AHCCCS. I am currently unable to work and am appealing my disability claim therefore I have no medical coverage and am unable to pay for Dr. Visits and medications. There are many others who are in a situation similar to mine. I ask that the 2000 voter-initiative mandate be adhered to, to restore our eligibility under AHCCCS.
