Help divide the Senate and Congress equally in accordance to the percentages of americans in different political parties

This petition is to reform the government and allow for other political parties to have a voice in the government. The major part of this petition is to divide the senate and congress equally in connection with the percentage of people in the different political parties (i.e if 40 percent of Americans belong to the Independent party then 40 percent of the Senate and Congress should be considered independent party members).
