Help end the loop hole that both companies selling bogus service dog products AND people abusing that loop whole.

For too long companies have been selling fake service dog products so owners could buy them to pass their untrained dog as a service dog. This is unfair to not only those who need service dogs but unsafe to the public. Both the companies AND those owners who pass off their dogs are service dogs need to be punished. End the loop hole that they are taking advantage of! These owners who try to pass their dogs off as service dogs have not had the proper training for their dogs. This creates a safety issue and people who need service dogs will pay for it. Just because somone wants to bring "Fluffy" with them where ever they dog does not mean they can claim that their dog is a service dog
