A key point that needs to be addressed in rehabilitating ex felons is their eligibility for jobs. I believe many can removed from government assistance and be contributing members of society if this is modified. Yes, there would be regulations. The questions on job applications should not be allowed to read, " Have you ever been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor?" This should be illegal to ask. Asking if a person is pending felony charges or on parole or probation would be acceptable, also if they have ever been convicted of a violent crime. I know tons if individuals that have whole heartedly tried to join the work force and become productive within society after making poor decisions when they were younger, & were forced back to street life. THIS IS A FORM OR DISCRIMINATION!!!
