Allow each citizen wether Ex-Offender or not to have the same equal rights. Afford Ex-Offenders the opportunity to get a job with out being plauged by the stigma of his or her past, but be looked at for his or her experience and work ethics. Additionally Ex-Offenders would like the right to live in any place were they can afford to live with out the background checks by apartments to exclude Ex-Offenders from most Apartment Complexes.
