As a citizen of New Mexico, i believe it will help the state and the nations economy, if the government helps fund programs for clean energy, and with New Mexicos vast land,i am sure it will be a good investment. This will encourage other states to do the same,and help the economy be stronger, and create more jobs while keeping the environment clean.
