Facebook, Youtube and Twitter have been totally blocked by the Chinese government. People inside of Mainland China can't get access to these websites at all.
The blocking of the sites by the Chinese government has deprived Facebook, Youtube and Twitter of their rights to compete fairly with their Chinese counterparts in the enormous Chinese social media market. The White House should stand up for the U.S. companies that are legal in the U.S. and other parts of the world.
The blocking of these websites is also a serious human rights violation, since both Chinese citizen and foreign dwellers from all over the world who are staying in Mainland China can't get on these social sites as they may like to.
The sites are great products invented by mankind and they deserve the booming market.
