Help fathers who want their kids 50/50 and figure out custody first before stuck with child support

I'm doing this because I think dads are getting screwed over in courts by their vindictive ex wifes and courts are allowing it .somehow the law needs to change in family law the before getting screwed over for child support child custody mist be figured out first so then gfs or wife's can't screw over dads by false charges and can't say they can't pay so let's give kids less to dads kids should be in both parents houses equally and if its 50/50 both parents take care of them when they have them and if like sport etc ect then both parents put money together . Its not fair that men get screwed over before anything settled . Somehow please the family law has to change so kids won't be destroyed even more because one parent keeps pulling their crap with the kids fathers .
