EverHome Mortgage/EverHome Bank Servicers of Bayview Servicer LLC. has been foreclosing on homes for the past 10 years illegally. When you send in the paperwork, they say they did not receive it. You make a payment they did not receive it. They increase your mortgage payments with no explanation. All other banks have settled with the Independent Review Group except EverHome Mortgage. Why isn't someone going after them. I am on disability and have a grandson with disabilities and we will lose our home 2/1/2013. This petition may not help us, but maybe it will help others. If you have a mortgage with EverHome mortgage and need help, sign this petition and maybe someone will notice our suffering and help.
