Help Fight for Justice For Hispanic Farmers

This petition is to help bring closure to the decades of discrimination that Hispanic Farmers and their families suffered at the hands of the USDA. USDA has admitted to equally discriminating against Hispanics, African Americans, Native Americans and women in the servicing of their loans and in their practices and procedures. The Garcia v Vilsack lawsuit has been in the courts since 2000. Native Americans and African Americans have received equal and fair compensation agreements with USDA and Hispanic farmers continue to fight for an equal compensation to that which was received by African and Native Americans. USDA currently is offering a discriminatory settlement process that is not equal to what was given to others. Please help & ask President Obama to fight for equal treatment for all.
