Chibok School Girls have been kidnapped by Boko Haram for years now. HuffPost liberals assert Boko Haram will exchange the Schoolgirls for Nigerian detainees. Can a country claim to live under the rule of law when unitary executives incarcerate people with no charge nor trial for years?
Let's end our own disgraceful extralegal detention history in Guantanamo. How about we help undermine perpetual conflict and the military industrial complex and have the US finally take a stand for rule of law and either charge or release all remaining US Detainees? And then pressure all nations to follow including Nigeria and hopefully the girls will be freed.
