Since Taj Garner incarceration in 2009, this petition should have been developed, had it been initiated prior to; perhaps such injustice would have been spared. Taj Garner was a young male majoring in business management at Texas Southern University with a 3.2 GPA. He had inspiring plans to be an entrepreneur. However, a tragic misfortune transpired. After returning to Houston after visiting his relatives in Milwaukee WI, Mr. Garner was arrested & 12 charges were brought against him. No witnesses, weapons, confessions or evidence was found.
This petition will help alert the people and speak out against this travesty of justice. It is associated with the Free Taj Now Campaign.
