Amanda Knox is an American citizen who has found herself in the middle of a nightmare. While Studying Abroad In Italy, her and her Italian boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito, became suspects in the murder and sexual assault of her Roommate, Meredith Kercher. Both were tried and found guilty in the Italian court system, and after serving four years in prison, an Italian appeals court overturned their verdicts and they were both set free. Now the Italian Supreme Court decided to throw out the acquittals and re-do the trial. Both have been found guilty for the second time. Amanda has been sentenced to 28 years and 6 months in an Italian prison even though there were no motives or any type of evidence proving her guilty.
