We are at an impasse. As the administration strives to pass rules to curb the green house emissions, it alienates great groups of people whose livelihood, no, LIFE, depends upon these things.
How about a different approach? How about, instead of saying NO to all those people, you start saying YES, to a different group of people. The ones that want to make this happen.
Discounted or free education for anyone who wants to learn the new technologies.
Government grants for the research to get these new technologies off the ground.
Incentives and programs to help new companies in this field get started and keep going.
Incentives and discounts to the consumer so that they can afford to use the new resources.
Are these things out there? Then let the People KNOW.
