Help fund and add incentive for drug companies to create new and better antibiotics to fight rising "Super bacteria".

Bacteria are becoming much more difficult to kill, which is resulting in many deaths caused simply by the fact that we are running out of effective antibiotics. They are becoming resistant to modern antibiotics. Pharmaceutical companies do not create antibiotics quickly because there is very little incentive to do so. Companies lose money on antibiotics at first because they are only taken for weeks at a time while other drugs like anti-depressants are taken for years. If incentive is added, like some sort of tax break or other means of reward by the government, companies will be much more likely to create new antibiotics. Antibiotics are also wildly over-prescribed. If legislation is added to stop this, we can slow down the development of resistance to drugs. Action must be taken soon.
