There are some states that have driver's ed. programs specifically designed for those with Asperger's, but several states do not. The nature of this disorder presents unique challenges in learning to drive, such as focusing on details more than the big picture; however, those affected are intelligent, and I believe that with dedicated, persistent training, many individuals can attain the skills required to obtain a license.
