Webmata is the only correct proposed peer-to-peer web framework. Webmata brings back data propriety, enforces privacy, and makes web services more robust. We need the government to help fund a new W3C for building and maintaining the new framework. The framework runs in modern browsers. The proposal is at http://www.webmata.org/
