jeff dole is a close friend of mine who got 3 years for opening a few head shops after being found not guilty by a trial of his piers. so after winning his case he was under the inprestion it was leagle to re-open his shops and he was re charged with three counts of knowingly selling drug perifenelia. then when in trial at the wyoming supream court they would not let him use the out come of his first case to plead neglegent of selling drug perifinalia or he would be in contempt of court. i feel they did not give him a fair trial and his civil rites where violated!
