Help give support and security and protection to small businesses

Created by X.M. on October 27, 2011

Putting a cap on CAM fees a commercial landlord can charge a commercial tenant, enforcing that all common bills to be split among tenants are shown in original form, making it mandatory for commercial landlords to provide tenants with a quarterly statement of how the CAM (common area maintenance) fees are being spent. Helping control "fees" from merchant account processors and making sure that assessments of the property are accurate and coincide with the residential neighborhood they are in for taxes. Giving the business owner an incentive of a tax break personally for taking the chance of opening a business to give others employment and a reason to continually invest not only all of their time but their money to keep the business going and growing.
