Created by L.C. on October 30, 2011

Job help for California, small restaurant business would be able to hire additional help it the min. wage were lowered for tipped employees. Many other states have this law in effect and works very well in these states. Many tipped employees make in excess of $30 per hour of work while kitchen employees have seen very small wage increases
over the past 20 years. The current worker would be effected just a little while many more workers would be employed. This would help small business
for example I have 20 employees and I would hire at least two more, better service and 200,000 more at work in just a few days.
