Help for people not with freddie or fannie mortgage companies. People with mortgages not affiliated with the two giants are also under water in their mortgage and are not able to get refinanced. If we don't get help then we could lose our homes or be home poor with outrageous interest rates. Or we could just allow foreclosure and give the wonderful economy another one two punch. There should not be discrimination because one isn't with fannie or freddie.
