We need to repeal the Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act! Right now homeowners have a choice between having their flood insurance go up to $9,000 or more a year or doing very expensive elevations when most homeowners did not get enough money from insurance to even repair the damage done by Sandy. We are strong and we want to rebuild our communities even stronger but we can't move forward like this.
