Help immigrant family affected by death of Visa holder

Created by K.S. on January 03, 2015

Nathalie (Ming Yu) Wu, and her sons Philipp and Martin Tolxdorf, are at risk of deportation due to the recent tragic death of their husband and father, Thomas Tolxdorf. The family has lived in Fernandina Beach, Florida, for 13 years and are beloved members of the community. Thomas Tolxdorf, a German citizen, was the Executive Chef at the RItz-Carlton, Amelia Island, and held the Visa that the family used to reside in the U.S. His wife, Nathalie, is a citizen of Taiwan, and did not have a green card at the time of his car accident in June, 2014. That has left Nathalie struggling to find a way to stay in the U.S., with two boys in high school. She has explored every possibility of staying stateside, with the help of immigration lawyers. They need help getting a green card.
