We the people who sign this petition agree that the education system is flawed and should be changed. While every other part of our lives is changing with the times, education is still stuck in the 1500s. Back then they taught basic subjects and was able to mix every subject in. Now we learn more advanced forms of those same subjects and people's lives are more complicated than those of the days of ole. We should change it like so:Elementary and Jr High can stay the way it is, but high school should change where we choose classes based off of our interests. It would give us time to experiment with different subjects of interest, which in turn would help us think of what job would be good for us, which would in turn help prepare for college more than a mix with stuff we need and don't need.
