This petition, I believe is important for injured Veterans to be able to return to the workforce. A great number of Veterans are finishing college and returning to find that their previous clearances are expired and employers require an active clearance for these highly technical jobs. I have been to two job fairs and all I see are signs stating " Security Clearance Required to Apply." Help Veterans return to the workforce with our hard fought skills. The Federal Government Jobs are seeing budget cuts, and Veteran Preferance may not be enough for the high percentage of Veteran Unemployment.
