The Shia Turkman of Aamirly in Kirkuk are under real threat of being massacred and anhiliated which amounts to genocide and they need humanitarian help and for US airforce to deliver direct blows to ISIL forces surrounding the city. Otherwise the US would be complacent in allowing the massacre to take place.
