With the recent recession putting stress on middle class to lower class Americans, it reflects on their credit scores. Why not make a program that helps clean up American's credit that way many Americans can have confidence in their purchasing powers and possible financial growth. I'm not saying make this a program that is run by government, but by a outsourced agency.
