Help insure that interactions and transactions between Lobbyists and the Legislative Branch remain legal at all times.

We understand lobbying is a form of free speech and we also understand it leads to corruption as witnessed by history. We need additional steps in place to help protect the interests of the public against Senators and Members of the House committing crimes against the same people who gave them their seat. We propose that an "internal affair" type enforcement agency monitor all activity between Lobbyists and our Legislative Branch; all conversations, interactions, transactions, emails, etc. This agency should answer to the Judical Branch and be funded by the exact Lobbying that are their to keep in check. Since most Lobbyist are lawyers this agency should most likely consist of lawyers or the "DC's DA's." This agency should remain completely transparent at a minimum to the judicial branch.
