Help involved father's get the rights they deserve! Father's would be more involved if they weren't controlled by mother

This petition is meant to help father's that are having to pay child support and not being able to see their kids after paternity is established. I feel that if the department of human services a going to step in and help mother's that sleep with more than one partner at a time, then they should be able to determine custody without having to go to court and the father having to pay to get rights to see his child. Fathers should not have to pay dhs for a paternity test dhs asked him to do on behalf of the mother and when paternity is established the father has to pay 17% plus of his hard earned money to pay the mother that has every right to tell the father he can't see his child or the mother use the child as a paycheck or hold the child over the father's head to get what she wants.
