My name is Kathy Davis I am the owner of Best Buy Homes Realty located in the Bronx, NY. My business is 100% women owned small business. I'm seeking help to house my brokerage office and to employ licensed real estate agents.
There are several reasons why I created this petition. The first reason is to establish funding so that I can finance my small business. I would like to purchase an office building to set up desk space so that I can sponsor licensed real estate agents. This will help me create a job for myself and the employment of many others in this field of business.
The second reason I am creating this petition is because outstanding debt with the SBA from a prior loan is holding me back from moving forward. I believe my Real Estate Brokers license will create better income.
