The Governor of Kansas Sam Brownback has tried an experiment that has failed miserably. He is under funding our schools and now wants to defund the judicial branch of our state government if they rule his funding as unconditional. This affects other states, because if Sam Brownback is able to get away with this other governor's will try the same.
