There is no ACCOUNTABILITY and any attempts to correct records end up in FAILURE. The VA OIG has no responsibility as it stands to audit REGIONAL offices, especially efforts to correct VA EDUCATIONAL files. You have to deal with multiple offices with multiple versions of SAME FILE to get anywhere. This goes for TRICARE as well. I VOW to end this and have ONE MASTER office for each SOLELY responsible to AUDIT, INVESTIGATION, and CORRECTION of records as well as normal operations on such record and accounts.
