Our 5 year old (Kelton) nephew who we have custody was abused at 2 weeks old and has severe behavioral issues. I have a great job with insurance but Cigna has said they are stopping coverage for his help. Insurance, doctors, therapists and the state are very fragmented and do not work together for a plan unless he is in foster care. When he rages several times a day he hits, bites, throws and tries jumping out of the car. With the current public Mental Health rampages, why aren't resources more available and willing to help.
