How can normal civilian find out about an organization who is going to file petitions for his, is not a fraud organization. As many time we found number of cases happen in other countries like in India, so people/organization, take hug of money from people for work visa and after few of weeks or months guy come to know, that organization was fraud one or people whom he was in communication for a long time and he payed hug of amount for work visa, he was fraud guy. USCIS should provide help line for world wide, so that any one can check about specific person/organization about. Also USCIS should provide visibility of newly file petitions, based on person names or some unique combination of name and birth date etc. so that guy can able to know status of process.
