This petition is to convince the White House to help in the reinstatement of Pete Rose and have him inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame. The end result would be an amazing and well-deserved turnaround of quite possibly the biggest injustice that any major sports league has ever endured.
The Baseball Hall of Fame will always be in a continuous "renovation" period until this man is allowed in. We are taught values of admitting our mistakes and apologizing for our actions. He has done this over and over and deserves the opportunity to be recognized for an amazing baseball career. He holds the MLB records for hits (4,256), games played (3,562), at-bats (14,053), and even outs (10,328). Anyone that has over 10,000 outs is way overdue for an "in."
