Help Local Law Enforcement which have been absolutely decimated and destroyed and are always our first line of defense

Mr.President I, and many regular citizens like me who live in good old small town America rely heavily on our local police. I live next to the city of Pontiac,MI it is a very dangerous and violent city and while our township is much, much better off than Pontiac, our officers here are struggling heavily, and mightly to keep the violence from spreading we have nearly 72 thousand people here,and only 48 full time police officers. People around here can't pay higher taxes for more officers. Back during President Clinton's administration, the local police here had 106 police officers now, only have 48 full time officers. I have read about this happening all over the nation and in order for us to be safer we need police, please as a concerned citizen of this great country. Help our police
